It starts slow, builds to an ecstatic peak and descends into stillness. The journey is medicine for mind, body and soul. There is no need to follow any specific steps and no prior dance experience is necessary. Our gathering will be held in a safe container, with an introduction to Ecstatic Dance, as well as an opening and closing circle. The chosen music will take you on a deep journey, where you can fully express yourself. ⚡️ DJ Mathias Light Mathias Light's authentic frequency style can be best described as a worldly blend of organic and melodic house. His love for ancient as well as celestial sounds will take you on a deep journey, and when listening, you will undoubtedly find yourself connecting with your higher self and all beings around.
