SUPERMOON 8th ANNIVERSARY 🌕 X The Yogabarn Ubud. Saturday Oct 19th 3pm - 11pm 📍 The Yogabarn, Ubud. Supermoon is Bali’s most anticipated full moon gathering. Since Mt Agung erupted in 2017, we have gathered and celebrated together as a community. In each gathering, people from all over the world have had life changing experiences on the dance floor while musicians have found their freedom to express and connect deeper on the unique stage that we built. Raw, borderless, we will be reunited to melt our longings into a new way. Infusing our intentions as the sublime texture of music circulates through our bodies and enlivens our hearts. Unleash your spirit, express your gifts, and dance to the sacred rhythm of life. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The full moon lunar phase represents the end of inhalation, the completion and expansion of prana (energy). The new and full moons create polar energies; physical and mental energy is strongest when the moon is full. We are preparing 2 stages for this special occasion. VENUE The Yoga Barn is a tropical oasis, an epicenter of self-discovery, healing and renewal tucked into the heart of downtown Ubud. A welcoming and naturally built environment, the Yoga Barn invites all who enter the grounds to connect within and to experience life differently; the Yoga Barn’s pace is intrinsically led by Balinese culture, and is blessed by the Hindu and animistic traditions of Bali, embodying the healing medicine of Ubud. Allowing guests the opportunity to heal, to gather and grow in community; to connect to Self and to open up towards inner transformation. In short, The Yoga Barn contains a special energy and has an uplifting pulse that can be felt throughout its grounds, a perfect venue for the Supermoon. ARTIST PROFILE: PRABUMI Prabumi is a collaborative effort initiated by Muktito Adhitya, an electronic music producer and musician. He began his career at a young age, composing music as early as 7 years old. Over time, Muktito became increasingly drawn to exploring life through travel and immersion in nature. He developed a deep fascination and appreciation for the sounds of nature and felt compelled to preserve them through the medium of music, harnessing the harmonious melodies and harmonies they offer. Prabumi represents one of Muktito's most recent explorations into music, incorporating the sounds of nature, traditional world music instruments, and the earth itself. Guided by his passion and intuition, Muktito has masterfully fused these organic elements into a rich tapestry of dynamic music imbued with the beauty of nature's own symphonies. Prabumi is also a movement that uses music as its medium, responding to the sounds of nature, world and domestic traditional music instruments, and earth sounds. The name 'Prabumi' can be interpreted as a state before man as it is today. A long time ago, human beings were one without classification of race, ethnicity, nationality, or state. In essence, Prabumi is a movement that aims to reunite and remind people that we are one, we are the same, with no exceptions, equal beings, through music. Prabumi has played on various festival stages around the world alongside renowned acts such as Be Svendsen, Barrio Lindo, Stavroz, Viken Arman, Richie Hawtin, Nicola Cruz, Akimbo, Xique-Xique, Timboletti, Spaniol, Matanza, Amuamu, and many more.
