You will also find a small selection of alcoholic beverages on the menu. Some workshops, practices and ceremonies require you to be sober and fully committed. So keep this in mind if you want to participate in this part of the program. It is all about being free to make conscious choices and to find a happy, healthy & balanced life that suits you.
