Swing Dance Night September AT the Festival

Oldtone's Swing night moves to the Oldtone Roots Music Festival on Thursday night September 7!! Starting around 7 PM (all festival schedules subject to change without notice), with lesson by Jason Fenton and Elizabeth Orenstein. The music starts around 8 PM with our favorite house band: The Lucky 5, gets Swinging into the night with Dennis Lichtman and Mona's Hot Four w/ Tamar Korn, a Forgotten Dances of the 1920's class for a breather, and the night finishes off into the wee hours with yes, you've been waiting for it all year--Tuba Skinny!! No partner necessary, of course, food, libations, and lots of fun, This is a ticketed event, so check out the link below. This event is part of our Second Saturday Swing series at Dewey Hall. Every month we have a beginner swing dance lesson followed by a live band. October's Swing Dance (Oct. 14th) will be back at Dewey Hall in Sheffield, MA, with live music from The Twangbusters.
