Swing Into Spring @ the Easter Parade 2023

On the avenue, Fifth Avenue (just east or west of it, actually, because we can't block the parade route), around 53rd Street. Dan Levinson's Hot Five with Molly Ryan, Alex Owen, Ilya Lushtak, Rob Adkins, and Stéphane Séva will be back for their 9th year at the Easter Parade! The parade gets going at 10 AM and the band plays from about 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM. The band isn't paid by the city or any organization - they do this with the spirit of Easter in their hearts as a service to the swing dance community. In the past, noise from other bands and other factors have forced the band to migrate to other locations, so check this event page for up-to-the-minute breaking news.
