Swing Patrol Lindy Friday

Join us at Swing Patrol's monthly, end of week social dance night! This beginner-friendly social dance is a cool and casual spot to swing out into the weekend. The evening starts with a lesson designed to give newcomers a few moves for the dance floor, and more experienced dancers the chance to warm up their feet, meet new people and even practice their non-dominant dance role. Then it's hours of social dancing to a roster of local swing DJs. Plus, occasional performances, guests and special activities. Fun for the whole community! Schedule: 6.45pm doors open 7.00 - 8.00pm Beginner swing dance lesson 8.00 - 10.30pm Social dancing to DJ music No bookings required, pay by credit/EFTPOS card at the door, $20 per person (price includes lesson and social dancing). There is no bar at this studio. Bring your own water bottle. Soft drinks may be consumed outside of the dance studio (away from the dancefloor), and there is a pretty cool bar right next door.
