Ghouls, Ghost, and Goblins lend me your ears! Wait no, not your actual ears! Okay, let’s try this again. Halloween is almost here and that means it’s time to put on your best costume and dance the night away at Midtown Stomp! Midtown Stomp’s Halloween Costume Party is one of those nights you can’t miss! Contest winners from the past have been awesome and included “The Battleship”, “Adam” (without Eve), and “The Mad Hatter”. You too can be immortalized in the Midtown Stomp history books! Plus we have an awesome live band in the Alpha Rhythm Kings that that will take the stage to play the tunes that will make you move. We could go on and on about how great they are but you know this already. If you don't, come on down and find out. We’ll start with swinging tunes of the Alpha Kings and then around 10:15 pm, we’ll take a break to give those that want to (usually almost everybody does) a chance to parade across the floor and show off their amazing costumes and sometimes awesome (or silly) acting ability. Of course, you don’t have to wear a costume, but we promise it’s more fun if you do. Never been swing dancing before? Do you have two left feet? Do you think you lack rhythm? That's no problem at all for us. At 8:00 pm we'll teach you the steps you need to know to have a good time. It's even included in the cost of admission. No partner? No problem. Our classes are social and rotate partners and you'll meet a ton of cool, new people. Do you have a partner and only want to dance with them? That's cool with us too.
