Swingtown Rebels Free Taster Class and Band Night

It's all happening at St Michael's School Hall, 249 Durham St! 7:30 pm Free taster class - bring your friends, family, colleagues, random acquaintances, and get them to have a go at swing dancing, it's going to be a fun evening with Jess and Rachel getting everyone swinging! Best of all, everyone will be ready to dance to the live music straight after! If you've been around for a while, consider coming along to help show the newbies what it's all about... No registration necessary. 8:30 - 10 pm Band night social dance! We will have Mr Davey Backyard here bringing the grooves while we bring the moves. People always end up leaving going why do we usually book a whole swing band when he can make so much good stuff all on his own?! And it's an extra special day because its going to be his birthday! Party hats and/or other festive attire encouraged - let's help Davey celebrate in style! BYO drinks and snacks welcome just please make sure to leave the hall tidy afterwards.
