Switch class + Practice session

LET'S SWITCH! Switching roles is not only great fun, but also greatly improves your dancing and sparks the creativity in you! In this class Danny and Ellen will go over the fundamental wisdom of what leading and following actually means, and then move on to how you could approach switching roles while dancing. You'll learn some cool new moves, and the tools to continue playing with switching roles in the future. LEVEL? To join the class we ask you to be able to know some basics in both leading and following. If you're unsure about whether this class will fit you, then please talk to one of our teachers or send us a message and we will advise you. ABOUT THE PRACTICE SESSION Do you want to train your ass off, but do you have a hard time finding a time and place to do so, or the people to share this with? We’re here to rescue you! Come improve your swing dance technique, musicality, vocabulary, and all the other things your learning swing dance heart desires! No need to register – just show up! Teachers are available for questions! The music will start around 130BPM and increase speed later on. Costs: €5 to cover the monthly rent of AlgoRhythm, but free if you join the class beforehand. PROGRAM 11:00 - 13:00h Drop-in Switch class by Danny & Ellen. You need to have at least some experience in dancing both roles to join this class. 13:00 – 15:00h Practice session guided by teachers of AlgoRhythm. Open to all levels! All our events are open to everyone, also if you are not a regular student at AlgoRhythm! COSTS The two hour drop in class plus the practice session is €20 in total. If you only want to join the practice session, this is €5. You can pay by cash at the start of the class/practice session with Danny & Ellen, or by mobile pay.
