Swung/TX is a WCS social focused on community, learning as much as we can about the dance, and moving forward. This social is designed for EVERYONE, from beginners first starting out to the champions in our scene. Happy three years y'all! We seriously couldn't have done it without the love and support y'all have given us over the years. We're so honored and blessed to be a part of this community and we appreciate every memory made within our social. We have the one and only Debbie Figueroa back again teaching for Swung/Texas! Austin locals will know her as one of the first teachers to grace them with the knowledge of west coast swing. On a larger scale she's known as a head judge, powerful routine competitor and one of the most knowledge people about the dance out there. We're always glad to have such an amazing person for our scene back once again to teach for us! Becca Yasskin will be teaching an intro to West Coast Swing workshop for all of your friends who want to join our crazy dance and don't know where to start! This will be happening from 8:30 pm-9:30 pm. BRING A NEWCOMER SPECIAL! Bring a newcomer to the beginner workshop, and both you and them will get 50% off your night! BRING THAT NEWCOMER!
