She is a teacher and student of Yoga practicing all 8 limbs of yoga (vs only the Asanas). Ami is a sound ceremonialist and combines chanting and medicine songs with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and other musical instruments to lead her clients into a deep state of relaxation and help activate the parasympathetic nervous system ("Rest and Digest" healing mode) She is also a Reiki Master and specializes in energy healing to clear blockages and stagnant chi/prana/energy. Her practice is exactly like a bowl of Indian curry - with an explosion of different physical, emotional, mental and spiritual practices that have helped her in her own healing journey.
