Taboo theme Ecstatic Dance Sunday

Hello friends! This Sunday we have another theme.... along the lines of this Scorpio moon, what’s taboo for you? Our playlist will be inspired by this, feel welcome to dress the part:) lol... and yes, it’s still family friendly.... Ecstatic Dances are barefoot freeform dance experiences. The music is set in a “wave” format and a blend of genres designed to help you deepen your experience. It’s a contact improv welcome space meaning to can dance alone, with another or with all! Feel welcome to sit, stretch, move, and experience our connection however feels safe and good for you. This is a loving and playful space for you to move without judgement, and practice mindfulness and awareness.
