Tango by the Sea Milonga

Tango by the Sea Milonga is on Sunday 8 May 2022, from 4pm - 8pm at the Henley Sailing Club, 1 Seaview Rd, West Beach. Tickets available at the door $15pp, no need to book. Tango by the Sea is a relaxed and elegant afternoon and evening of social tango dancing by the seaside. Music is prepared by Southern Cross Tango DJ Andrew Gill, presenting a lovely selection of the very best golden age tango, milonga and vals music for social dancing, with some ambient and fun contemporary tango grooves in the mix. If you prefer, you can pre-pay $15pp (via direct deposit) for your tickets into Southern Cross Tango account (by 7 May 2022). You need to include your Name and Date (eg. A Blogs, 8/5 Milonga) as Reference on your deposit. Please text or email your deposit reference for our records. *** Given there appears to be a lot of Covid around in the community at the moment, guests are encouraged to wear face masks when in close proximity to others however this is your personal choice. Covid vaccination status will not be checked and there is no longer any need for an official check in. Of course, maintain excellent hygiene at all times by regularly washing hands and using hand sanitiser. Most importantly, do not attend tango if you are feeling at all unwell, are awaiting a covid test result, are a close contact, or if you need to isolate/quarantine. Thanks everyone!
