Coming from different areas of dance, with a strong base in the folklore, teacher received at the academy of El Chúcaro and Norma Viola. He has studied tango with the most well-known masters such as Juan Carlos Copes, Miguel Balmaceda, Pepito Avellaneda, Gustavo Naveira and Graciela Gonzalez. He found his inspiration in the old milonguero style of the 40s and 50s. He has earned a place as a reference among the ranks of masters and contemporaries in Argentina and in other countries. He has given workshops and intensive seminars in more than 50 cities around the world, and has participated in most important tango festivals, accompanying prestigious orchestras like “El Café de los Maestros”, “Sexteto Mayor”, “Color Tango”, among others. Judge since the first edition of the Tango World Cup in Buenos Aires, being a Jury in 2 World Cup finals of Tango, as well as in many international competitions in other countries of America, Europe and Asia. He is also the creator and director of the festival ”Tango salón extremo” since 2008, where internationally recognized World Champions and Masters meet each other. *** Lucia Conde de Ben is a dancer and tango teacher, born in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1990. She is one of the young exponents of tango worldwide. She stands out for her creativity and musicality when dancing, and for her clarity in teaching the style. For many years she has traveled the world taking her art together with well-known masters in the environment. She has participated in tango festivals in Europe, Asia and America. She is a finalist of the World Tango Championship in 2017 and a jury in the first metropolitan championship of Milan. She is also the manager and artistic producer of Tangos al Mediodía at the emblematic Teatro Solis in Montevideo and creator and producer of Alma, a play / dance to premiere in 2021.
