Tango for Leaders ~ Ladies ONLY ~ All Levels

Dear Tangueros, Marcelo will be conducting leading workshops for ladies. These workshops are for all levels of leaders - no prior experience is necessary. Since 2013 Marcelo Gutierrez has been teaching the ladies to lead. The idea was born from one of his female students in Buenos Aires, there is Lady Cobra (New Leader of the World!) was created. This idea goes hand in hand with a change and evolution of Tango in the world, where many paradigms are mutating to new and better ones. And the ladies are starting to look for new ways to express, improve and share their dance. Marcelo and his methodology is ideal for this new stage in the artistic expression of the ladies. The benefits of learning to lead are not only seen in the dance from the vision of the leader, but from the one that follows, it increases self-confidence, stability, reaction, etc. Learning to lead opens a new world of possibilities for women who have an ambition to explore them. WS 1 -SATURDAY, NOV 3 1:00PM - 2:30PM "Tango Leader" Principles and structure of leadership. In this workshop, the student will find the fundamental ideas and the structure where these ideas will solidify: Solidity, stability, security, clarity, etc. WS 2 - SATURDAY, NOV 3 2:45PM - 4:15PM "The Initiative In An Action" In this workshop, the student will work on the elements that make up its lead: Impulse, direction, strength, etc PRACTICA - SATURDAY, NOV 3 4:15PM-5:45PM WS 3 - SUNDAY, NOV 4 1:00PM-2:30PM "Straight Lines, Torsion, Dissociations and Turns" In this course, the student will understand and use in their dance, these 3 fundamental elements on which all sequences of Tango steps are based on.
