With training in the Alexander Technique and a sensitive approach, Natalia combines musicality, pedagogy, and personalized guidance. Her mission is for every woman to feel heard, connected to her own process, and free in her dance. 🧘🏻‍♀️ *Manon* — with a background in music, dance, and travel, she found in the Gyrokinesis®️ method a way of care and vitality that transformed how she inhabits her body. A certified trainer since 2016, she transmits with sensitivity and joy the strength of this method, inviting movement with flow, awareness, and renewed energy. The workshop offers two complementary parts: 🌀Gyrokinesis®️, led by Manon with Nati’s support 💃 Tango and spiral movements, guided by Nati with Manon’s accompaniment. A weaving of knowledge to enhance clarity in feminine leadership roles and fluidity in response.
