Tango in the country -Spring event

We are delighted to welcome Eduardo Bozzo to Westwood for a day of Tango inspired by perhaps the greatest maestro of them all Juan D’Arienzo . Come and be inspired by authentic Argentinian teaching in our beautiful rural setting . As always at Westwood it will be a friendly small event and refreshments will be plentiful. After the workshops we will have afternoon tea and a practica. Workshop details and timings Juan D’Arienzo — The King of the Compás. ☀️ First Session – 12:00-1:30 Exploring rhythm, síncopa and musical play. We will use movement patterns to unlock some of the tango proposals of this fundamental style. 🌙 Second Session – 2:00-3:15pm Developing the theme we will explore dynamics, variations and expressive movement. We will do a deeper dive into exploring the rhythm. A playful, musical journey into the heartbeat of tango. 3:30-5:30 practica and afternoon tea Workshops are £20 each or £37 for the day. Advance booking only as I will role balance the event. Workshops will be kept small to ensure plenty of space and individual attention . Private lessons are available .
