TANGO LESSON & MILONGA with DJ

Thursday, May 1st. Gabriel Huracan Gaumond & Catrinel Iftode come from Washington DC. Their dance style has been characterized as very romantic. Gabriel taught and performed for over a decade throughout North America. He believes that tango is a language we speak with our bodies. His focus is musical interpretation using the body as a medium for expression and the mechanics of connection. Catrinel sees tango as an excellent tool for personal growth. She hopes that through her teaching and dancing she can help others to feel confident, empowered and comfortable in their own skin. 7:00 pm: Lesson with Gabriel & Catrinel. 8:15 pm: Milonga with DJ Gabriel Gaumond. 9:30 pm: Performance by Gabriel and Catrinel.
