Pablo & Florencia Have been working together for the last few years, managing to incorporate in the students the ability to be creative and improvise on the dance floor base on the basic structure of Tango such as the Embrace & the walk, adding to that they teach the technique for Turns, Barridas, Pauses, Embellishments, Gachos, Sacadas, Colgadas, musicality and much more! Last years he performed in: Parakultural (Salón Canning), Niño Bien, La Nacional, Porteño y Bailarín, Confitería Ideal, El Cachafaz, Italy Unita, and others. Organizer and coordinator of the international event in the Sans Souci Palace (Victoria- Buenos Aires province) directing 20 professional dancing couples. The sculptor, Javier Castellani, took his figure as an example and inspiration to make the monument to tango that is in the “corner of tango” at 143 and av. 3 in the city of Villa Gesell’s, Bs, Argentina. Pablo has been Invited to dance at many shows and private events and performances in the most important scenes and tango salons of Buenos Aires such as: “Confitería Ideal”, “El Viejo Correo”, “Re Fa Si”, “Porteño y Bailarín”, “C.C. Torquato Tasso”, “El Morocco”, “Salón Canning”, “Dandi”, “La Nacional”, "Club Grisel”, etc. Worked in different restaurants and Tango houses and was part National & International tours shows. Creator and director of the “Frenesí Porteño” Tango School. Background: "Like many Argentines, grew up listening to Tangos and watching my grandparents’ s dance". At the age of 20 went to study in Buenos Aires at the Tango Schools and enjoyed dancing at several famous Milongas. Florencia learned to dance with old Milongueros who reminded her grandparents and marked her with life philosophy of knowing the Tango embrace. Florencia took several hours of class with teachers like: Raúl Bravo and Cacho Dinzel. Worked in popular Tango Houses such as “La cumparcita” on the corner of Chile and Balcarce, “Bar sur” also in San Telmo, “Restaurante Sur” in Barracas and performed in exhibitions at different halls and Milongas of Buenos Aires together with renowned orchestras and singers such as Alberto Podestá, Alberto Morán, Oscar Ferrari, Alfredo Belusi, Juan Carlos Godoy and Jorge Valdéz among others. Florencia has been invited to take part in a different Tango shows and events by the Casa Rosada. There was a special performance when the president of the Nation, Carlos Saul Menem, was part of audience. On the 90s, graduated from the Ernesto de la Cárcova one of the famous University - School of Fine Arts. During the next 20 years decided to dedicate herself to her career as Plastic Artist, and then to raised up her 2 children, but she never stops going to the Milongas around the city. For the last 3 years Florencia resumed her professional Tango Career with her partner Pablo Nievas, who is well-known dancer and teacher with great experience, who trained her, practice and teaching his technique. They met at the Caballito, neighborhood in Buenos Aires. They together founded the Tango “Frenesí Porteño School”, which also is their residence, where they are dedicated to teaching Tango dance, organizing Practicas & Milongas.
