Tango Mio - Star Spangled Awesome

To celebrate what makes America Great, we're inviting 5 guests representing 3 different countries who are contributing to Tango in LA. From Buenos Aires, Luciano and Rocio will be performing. They don't need fireworks to make the sparks fly at Tango Mio! Their performance will highlight the elegance and refinement of salon tango that we all seek in our own dancing. Come, be inspired and dance! This month, our pre-milonga class will be taught by local favorite Claudia Cortes Labarca of Chile and Martu Salem from Buenos Aires. I personally appreciate their focus on fundamentals and simple answers to complex questions. If you're looking for no-nonsense tango, look no further! Finally our first international guest DJ from Italy! DJ Elisa TangoDj Cosci will rock the house! Find out why Italy has become the European powerhouse of Argentine Tango! The first tanda of the night is a snowball tanda. There will be a short cortina that will played between each song as well as the announcement to change partners. Both ladies and men, ask a person who is sitting down to dance the next song. By the end of the snowball tanda, everybody should be dancing.
