Tango Nuevo Classes in York

Come and join us for our weekly classes exploring Tango Nuevo to contemporary music in a fun and friendly environment. Classes are run on a drop-in basis, so no need to book - just turn up! No partner necessary. All levels welcome. ⌚7.20pm - doors open ⌚7.30 - 8.15pm - Basic Technique Class ⌚8.15 - 8.45pm - Practice time ⌚8.45 - 9.30pm - Improvers' Class ⌚9.30 - 10pm - Social dancing 💰£10 All evening (for one or both classes) 🚗Free parking available on-site 🚲Cycle parking available on-site ***FIRST TIMERS*** If you're coming along for the first time this week, here are some handy hints: ⭐Wear shoes with a slippy sole, or failing that, a pair of socks works just as well ⭐There's no need to bring a partner - we'll rotate partners during the class so that you get to dance with everyone (unless you choose to stick with your own partner) ⭐Class starts promptly at 7.30pm - doors will be open 10-15 minutes before that ⭐ You'll get half an hour practice time after class ⭐ There's no bar, so bring your own water/drink of your choice if you think you'll be thirsty.
