During this workshop we are going to study the hiro structure : the lead of the hiro for the men and the box movement for the women. Men will also practise "agufa". The concept of the full hiro and the balance techique for both men and women as well as the timing will be explained through different exercises. This is a workshop on "full" hiro. Not suitable for complete beginners.
