Dafür brauchst du ein stabiles Standbein, eine gute Balance und eine gute Beweglichkeit im freien Bein. Genau das werden wir im Workshop trainieren! Wir werden viele Übungen für ein starkes Standbein und ein flexibles Spielbein und für die Verbesserung des Gleichgewichts machen. Außerdem werden wir viele schöne Verzierungen üben.
