In this strictly technique class we will be working on our posture expanding ourselves , access, balance, spiral movements, pivots , connection by the embrace and how to prepare body for all night dancing in close or open embrace.
After that class we will go eat something then go to GG Practica at Honolulu Club so please join us :)
