Claudio has performed on several important world stages such as Walter Kerr and Marquis on Broadway in New York, the Olympia in Paris, Teatro Colon, Luna Park, Astral and Cervantes in Buenos Aires, National Auditorium and Fine Arts Teatro in Mexico. He has worked with the most famous and recognized Tango orchestras like Osvaldo Pugliese, Mariano Mores, Sexteto Sur, El Arranque, Sexteto Mayor, Color Tango among others. He later formed his own show, "Latin Tango,” as the same as director and choreographer. His excellence led him to different countries teaching classes and being invited to judge at the most important championships and festivals of Tango around the world, and in Bs.As. He has twice judged the finals at Luna Park. Claudio has partnered with some of the world's most highly-recognized dancers. Today he is partnered with the exquisite, “HELENA FERNANDEZ”. Together they form one of the most beautiful Argentine tango dance couples, known for their artistic versatility, which allows them to interpret the most diverse styles, from tango salon, fantasy and traditional to the most modern and innovative. Currently as being part of their own show, “Tango’s Heart,” they tour Europe, Asia, North America and South America. HELENA FERNANDEZ has trained as a classical dancer since the age of 3 and graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance in London. She is experienced in many styles of dance (classic ballet, jazz, ballroom dance, samba, flamenco), and has been focusing on Tango for the past 10 years.She participated in many competitions in Europe, Asia and America, giving classes and performances. Having a degree in Physiotherapy specializing in neurological patients, , she uses these concepts in her Tango classes. Having worked with important dancers around the world, she is now partnered with one of the best dancers and artists of the tango world, CLAUDIO VILLAGRA. Helena was on the Board of MSC Música and was their main dancer in the 2012-2013 season. In Brazil she participated in shows such as “Tango Glamour” (sponsored by Aparecida Belloti), “Baila Brasil” (sponsored by Edu Cigano). In her international career she has danced in important theaters (London: Leicester Square Theatre, Korea: Lotte World Theater, Brazil: Teatro dos 4, Liceu de Artes e Oficios etc) and Milongas (Buenos Aires: Confeitaria Ideal, La Marshal, Gricel etc). In 2014, Claudio & Helena started to dance together and have toured Europe and Israel as part of "Tango Seduccion”. They recently finished a Tango Blitz tour around Asia, Phillipines ( Manila, Bacolod), Indonesia (Bali, Jakarta), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) Singapore, Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe) as well as the Tango Marathon Festival in Tokyo. They are now touring the United States.
