About this Event

Sorpresi Tango would like to present Tango Zen with Chan Park! Experience Tango as a Moving Meditation September 19–21st, 2025 Have you ever wondered if tango could be more than steps and figures? Tango Zen invites you to experience tango not as performance, but as presence. In this weekend workshop, we explore tango as a form of walking meditation—where each movement is grounded, each embrace is sincere, and each pause is full of life. This is not about learning more steps. It is about discovering more of yourself—physically, emotionally, energetically—through connection, breath, and stillness. Rooted in the wisdom of traditional tango as danced in Buenos Aires and informed by Zen, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and chakra work, this workshop offers a holistic experience of tango as both art and meditation.
