Invitation to General Assembly – Tango Spirer 🙂 We meet at Vesterbro Ny Skole! Dear *|FNAME|*, We warmly invite you to the General Assembly of Tango Spirer, which will take place on Saturday, May 10th. Schedule for the day: 🕚 11.00–13.30 – General Assembly 🍕 13.30 – Pizza lunch together (for those who wish to join) 💃 15.00 – We go to a milonga together (optional, of course) Agenda for the General Assembly: - Catch up with your tangomates - Choice of moderator - Choice of keeper of the minutes - Report of the past year by the Tango Spirer board - Presentation and approval of the accounts for the year - Election of new members for the board - Election of new alternates for the board - Proposals for discussion (If you have any proposals you would like to discuss and vote on at the General Assembly, please send them to us no later than May 1st) - Other business If you are interested in joining the board, we would love to hear from you!
