Invitation to General Assembly – Tango Spirer 🙂 We meet at Vesterbro Ny Skole! Dear Sprout, We warmly invite you to the General Assembly of Tango Spirer, which will take place on Sunday, April 26th. Schedule for the day: 🕚 13.00–15.30 – General Assembly 🍕 15.30 – 17 Pizza together (for those who wish to join) Agenda for the General Assembly: 1. Catch up with your tangomates. 2. Choice of moderator 3. Choice of keeper of the minutes 4. Report of the past year by the Tangospirer board 5. Presentation and approving of the accounts of the year 6. Presentation of what the board does and who is up for election - BREAK - 7. Election of new members for the board 8. Election of new alternates for the board 9. Proposals for discussion - How to engage new people in committees - New roles in the board - Membership alignment with General Assembly year - Input for Code of Conduct - **If you have any proposals you want to discuss and have a vote on at the general assembly, please send us your proposal by 15th of April.** 10.
