Warum ist da niemand vorher drauf gekommen? Ein Tango-Event zum WGT - nicht nur für Goths. Wohl kaum eine Musik und ein Tanz sind so gothic wie Tango. Die Tragik, Theatralität und Intensität der Musik, die unverhohlen teasende Erotik des Tanzes, die Schwarzlastigkeit der Mode - Tango IST Goth! Luciano de Esbornia aka TanGoth präsentiert mit seiner Partnerin Natasha Barbará ihre brandneue Show “Alice in Tangoland”. Beide stammen aus Argentinien, der Wiege des Tango, und bereisen die ganze Welt, um diesen Tanz, der zum UNESCO Weltkulturerbe erklärt wurde, tanzend und lehrend zu teilen. Anschließend dürft Ihr selbst die Tanzfläche betreten! (Freiwillig - niemand wird gezwungen!). Ihr könnt allein oder in beliebigen Paar- oder Gruppenkonstellationen teilnehmen, und übrigens auch mit Gehbehinderung! Hinderlich sind allenfalls Plattformschuhe. Luciano und Natasha bringen Euch in vom STEAMBALL bekannter fröhlicher und liebevoller Weise die ersten Schritte bei - und Ihr werdet staunen, wie schnell man Tango tanzen lernt! Schon nach etwa einer Stunde seid Ihr reif für die “Milonga”, den Tanzabend. Und der findet dann auch statt: zu Livemusik von feline&strange (voc, piano, cello) und Noelia Sarris (piano) mit extra für diesen Anlass geschriebenen Tangos und Arrangements. Vielleicht wird aus dem WGT-Tango-Sonntag ja eine neue Tradition…! Und Ihr könnt dann sagen: ich war von Anfang an dabei! Why didn’t anyone think of this earlier? The tragedy, drama, passion and intensity of the music, the openly teasing erotics of the dance, the “darkness” of the outfits - Tango IS GOTH! Luciano de Esbornia aka TanGoth presents with his partner Natasha Barbará their brand new show “Alice in Tango Land” (A twist on the tale from Lewis Carroll). They are both from Argentina, the cradle of tango, and travel the world teaching and sharing this UNESCO world heritage dance. Afterwards, you are welcome to invade the dancefloor and take your first tango steps with Natasha & Luciano. They’ll teach in their cheerful and loving manner known from the STEAMBALLs - and you will be surprised how easy it is to learn Tango! After only one hour you’ll easily be ready for the “Milonga”, the dancing party. We also have you covered for the Milonga. It will happen right after the class, with live music from Feline & Strange (voc, piano, cello) and Noelia Sarris, an Argentinian classical pianist that will compose and play tangos just for this ocassion.
