Love to dance? Tantric Dance is a playful journey exploring our energy centers (chakras) using the medium of dance. Tantra uses dance a lot and often, because it bypasses the mind and connect us to the body, where we experience the reality of life. Tantric Dance is an invitation to drop into our bodies and experience the truth of our energy, how it flows in relationship to oneself and the others. The journey is structured as a guided movement meditation, supported by eclectic, carefully selected music. This event was a hit in London and we are excited to share it in Riga for the first time!
