Tea and Ecstatic Dance

This Weds @ The Riverside! We Welcome You to move what needs to and wants to move with community!! We are also excited to announce The launch of our new Tea Time Community Connection space in the upstairs loft That will be open to any and all that feel called from 6-730!! This is an intentional container meant to encourage deeper connections with yourself and others in the community and will be held by Sammi Kate!! (Thanks Tom!:)** The Ministers of Movement invite you to join us Wednesdays 7:30p-10pm for movement, being, celebrating, and getting down together. Come move with the ❤️!! The MoM is Ecstatic to announce: Padme Om!! Sliding Scale: $11-$33 Now on the app!! or cash money at the door!! (As always, no one is turned away due to lack of funds.) The flow: 4:30p-6:15p—setting space. (Optional) 6:15p—Floor opens / Warm-up 6:30p-7:20p-- Beginners Mind Workshop Series. 7:40—Opening Circle / Invocation 7:45’ish—Main Set Begins 9:15ish—Closing & Tithe/offering. 9:30ish-10pm—Chill and reset space. (Optional) What to bring: an open mind an open heart water bottle dancing pants your favorite movement props or safe Flo toys. (No fire, please). Kids are welcome to join, but lyrics may be adult themed at times. Please note that the dance floor (in the Agora room) is a silent space. Kids and adults are also asked to follow the guidelines of this space. Such as no talking (noises are welcome, such as howls, yip-yips etc) and bowing into the space when entering and exiting. An orientation to these dance guidelines will be shared at the beginning of the Movement Service.
