Tea Ceremony connects body and mind through the breathing, so we will work with imagination, we will move and we will breathe. Each day will be dedicated to one of the senses: - sight - hearing - smell - taste - touch - proprioception - and the sense of time We will take part in some scores and exercises aiming to reach the connection with the certain sense, and then - integrate them in the flow of tea ceremony. Besides of that every day we will have practical class about tea ceremony technique, history, chemistry, aesthetics of tea.
