Improve your teaching skills understanding more about the culture and history and put into practice proven methodologies to teach SEMBA in an easy yet intersting and apeeling way. Your Teachers: Mestre Petchu - Tó Costa - Miguel&Susana - Paulo & Lanna - Mestre Capitão LEVEL 1 - 12th and 13th of December The 12h of course are divided in 2 days and 4 main areas: HISTORY - Theorical and Practical - Theory of Semba (History of the Music and the Dance) - Tradicional Dances that gave origin to the SEMBA of today MUSIC - Theoretical - Evolution and Musical Structure TECHNIC - Leading and Folowing - Steps, Passadas and Saidas - Tricks TEACHING - Class planning and preparation - Methodology of Level 1 - Teacher vs Student Comunication - Corrections and Common Student Errors - Special Sudents Teaching (students with special learning needs) LEVEL 2 - 14th and 15th of December* The 10h of course are divided in 2 days and 4 main areas: - HISTORY / MUSICAL STRUCTURE - Theory of Semba (History of the Music and the Dance) - Tradicional Dances that gave origin to the SEMBA of today - Evolution and Musical Structure - SEMBA - Cadência/Carnaval/Kazukuta/Show - TRICKS AND DIPS - TEACHING - Level 2 Methodology There is a limit of 20 persons for each level and each one will get a diploma regarding his or her participation in the course signed by all the trainers.
