Ladies! August is ours! I am happy to announce that in August I will give Frauentechnik classes in Munich. During these classes we will be working on essential issues for followers individual technique: • posture, grounding • stability in the axe • conscious and ready for movement body • analysis of the basic elements 🎯 My goal is to bring confidence and awareness to your dance, which will result with great JOY! The cycle will have progressing difficulty level. It is recommended to participate in the whole process and build up the knowledge on the strong base.
