TECNICA FEMENINA with Kara: Boleos, Sacadas, Giros

Boleos, Sacadas, Giros! This months workshop will focus on Boleos, Sacadas and Giros, seen through the lens of technique, timing and musicality. It will be open level and no partner needed! In this 3 hour workshop we will learn to seemlessly execute these elements into our dance that feels fluid, dynamic and on time. Boleos that are done, but without "doing" them. Sacadas that are precise and on point, and giros that are fluid and musical. Expand your repertoir and train and integrate them confidently into your dance.
