Thailand Contact Improvisation Conference 2022 15 February - 3 March The conference is designed for artistic exchange and intense practice. It is a meeting point for those who are practicing Contact Improvisation(CI) in Thailand. It intends to: - support the development of the CI community in Thailand; encouraging dialogue, artistic exchange and collaboration; - reshape and deepen shared understanding of Contact Improvisation by considering its history, philosophy and ongoing development, since its inception in 1972 to today; - connect Thai contemporary dance and CI communities. The program: 15-17 February - 3 days of performances 18 February - 3 March - workshops, classes and focused jams The program includes: Workshops with Nitipat Ong Pholchai(TH) 18-20 Feb; Zuzanna Bukowski(DE/PL) 22-24 Feb; Christina Dohr(DE) 26-28 Feb; Mikis Taguchi(JP) 1-3 March.
