Please dance with us THIS WEDNESDAY, 9/11 for our second to last dance as Mindful Meltdown! Felix Roth, one of the original founders of Mindful Meltdown brings the tunes. As we continue our Goodbyes and Gratitudes for all this dance has been in the Portland Ecstatic Dance Community, we will groove and connect and give space to Mindfully Melt back down into the wisdom of these precious bodies.
