Saturday Workshops: $30 online, $35 at the door Saturday Class/Social: $15 (cash at the door) Sunday Workshop: $30 online, $35 at the door Sunday Class/Social: $12 at the door Monday Classes: $12 for Level 1, $18 for Level 2, $25 for both ABOUT THE ARTISTS Léo and Thayná are internationally renowned dancers, performers, instructors, and choreographers. Originally from Brasil, they have spent several months teaching and developing the Zouk scene in Mexico. They have taught and performed at several notable zouk congresses, including Prague Zouk Congress, Zouk Fest in London, ZoukMx, Congresso internacional de Zouk in Rio de Janeiro, and Cologne Zouk Festival in Germany. They have also taught workshops in Amsterdam, London, Spain, Norway, Sweden, and Budapest. Their energetic, fluid and dynamic style continues to capture Zouk audiences across the globe. Thanyá Trovick is a professional dancer of ballroom dance and zouk. She has depth and breadth in artistic performance. To complement her Zouk expertise, she has formally trained in classical ballet, contemporary dance and circus arts. She also cross-trained in theatre as means to learn different forms of expression of body and movement. Thayná has participated in competitions, such as Renata Peçanha Dance congress and Rio’s Dance Festival. He has taught workshops across many major festivals in Brasil, Europe, and Latin America, including ZoukFest in London, Prague Zouk Congres, and ZoukMx. He has enhanced his expertise in zouk and musicality and technicality through intensive training in urban dancing and classical ballet.
