Combining extensive experience across Brazilian Zouk and other dance styles, Felipe and Natalia bring a unique approach that blends clear technique and structure with creativity, musicality and individual expression. ✨ 𝙰 𝙱𝚁𝙰𝚉𝙸𝙻𝙸𝙰𝙽 𝚉𝙾𝚄𝙺 𝙴𝚇𝙿𝙴𝚁𝙸𝙴𝙽𝙲𝙴 𝚂𝙴𝚁𝙸𝙴𝚂: This special Brazilian Zouk series has three parts; 1. 3 x Live Online Studio Classes 2. A free Precursor party 3. One 2h in-person workshop — all held at The TRIBE Dance Academy. ____________________________________________________________________ 💻1. 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 — 16th, 23rd & 30th October, from 7:00 PM Across three Friday evenings, Felipe & Natalia will join us live online from The TRIBE’s giant studio screen, creating an immersive experience that makes it feel like they are right there in the room with you. Learn directly from the artists, ask questions, receive guidance and experience their teaching in real time — all from the TRIBE studio. What the online series is about: 16th Oct: Leading with the body: exploring undulations/isolations 23rd Oct: Comfortable ⁠close embrace: connection and styling ⁠30th Oct: Mastering the basics: playful variations ✨ 2. 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 - 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 Come and join us for a relaxed Kizomba & Brazilian Zouk get-together after our regular Kizomba classes! 🕺💃 It’s the perfect chance to meet Felipe & Natalia, chat, connect and dance with the artists. 𝐈𝐧-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 — 𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 The series culminates in a special in-person 2-hour workshop with Felipe & Natalia in Cork. This workshop can be enjoyed as a standalone experience, making it a perfect opportunity for anyone who simply wants to experience their teaching in person. At the same time, it will be highly complementary to the three online classes, allowing those who take part in the full series to build on what they have learned and take their Zouk journey even further. During this workshop we will focus on the Technique & Fundamentals that make your dancing more fluid, connected and dynamic. We’ll explore how to: ✨ Improve your frame & connection; ✨ Create more flow in your dance; ✨ Make your movements more dynamic and expressive; ✨ Build smoother transitions between movements; ✨ Develop greater body awareness & control; ✨ Understand the fundamentals behind the movements — not just how to execute them. And we’ll also explore trendy movements and concepts that are being incorporated into different dance styles, including Bachata, giving you tools that can enrich your dance beyond Zouk. ____________________________________________________________________ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 FELIPE MEGER Felipe has been surrounded by Forró and Sertanejo since childhood and began his dance journey 15 years ago, studying Tango, Bolero, West Coast Swing, Hip Hop, Brazilian Zouk, Kizomba, Bachata and Samba, alongside Ballet and Contemporary dance. He has been teaching Brazilian Zouk for 11 years and has become a recognised artist in Brazil and internationally, known for his clear teaching structure and personal attention to students of all levels. NATALIA PCHOLKINA Natalia has dedicated her life to dance since the age of four, studying Ballet, Folk, Middle Eastern and Contemporary dance before graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Modern Dance.
