Who is this for?
This course is designed for “space holders” across industries and modalities, including: coaches, facilitators, therapists, community leaders, healers and all who facilitate group process.
*Appropriate for those working with individuals, where the “group” is either the Space Holder & The Client/Patient, or the Client/Patient in relation to other human systems in their lives (i.e. family, work, community)
As a space holder, you likely understand that the majority of group dynamics is happening beneath the surface of dialogue, action, and material output.
Explore how to mindfully integrate The Wisdom of the Body & the science of Co-regulation into your existing practices to amplify your impact and support your own growth & well-being.

~Guided audio & video embodiment practices
We will practice guiding somatic exercises, designing prompts & offering interventions, such as check-ins, co-sensing, response to rising tensions. We will learn to support others in integrating & initiating.
Engage in peer practice and apply the tools to your unique field.

Our Guide, Tricia Chirumbole
Movement artist, Community activator, Somatic arts facilitator & Reiki master. Tricia is informed by trauma-informed modalities: Dancing Mindfulness, Social Presencing Theater, Authentic Movement & Body-Mind Centering. As well as her movement training: The Axis Syllabus, Contact Improvisation, Afro-Dance.
Trish is the founder of Ecstatic Dance Pittsburgh & Co-founder of Pittsburgh Contact Improvisation and former Board President of the Open Space Institute - US.
