The Beautiful Game - Samba Theatre Workshop

Free workshop - Open to all, especially actors, dancers, mimes, artistes, creatives and football fans! We will be exploring themes from 'The Beautiful Game ' through ensemble physical theatre and Samba percussion creating visual images that come to life with the music in different styles and rhythms. 'The Beautiful Game ' is a theatre project about football but especially how the modern game travelled from Britain to Brazil just over a hundred years ago. We have flashforwards rather than flashbacks to show pivotal dramatic moments from footballing history. ...
