THE CHAKRA SHAKE-UP 2 Highly Tuned Blends & Highly Blended Tunes … brought to you by Real Remedies … Since the first Chakra SHAKE-UP in January we’ve been eagerly anticipating and diligently planning away for the next instalment of this gorgeous dance journey through the Chakras. We’ll be in a new larger venue, with lots of natural light and superb acoustics. A lovely, authentic, holistic oasis, ’Core Clapton’ is the perfect venue to host the SHAKE-UP 2 : An enlightening gathering of souls, moving together, connecting together, voyaging from ROOT to CROWN utilising carefully curated music (DJ Pixi Pete) and highly-tuned Botanical Spirit drinks (Real Remedies). This time around we are excited to announce a special guest appearance… The opening and closing ceremony will be led by our dear friend Shanta, who will be guiding us into essence to facilitate a full immersion in the journey and a guided expansion once we conclude with the Crown. This drug and alcohol free event will be a free-movement dance exploration, offering the opportunity for recollection, renewal and ecstatic fun! - - - - - CHAKRAS - PLANTS - MUSIC THE CHAKRAS An ancient schematic, the Chakra System speaks of our personal, internal experiences and illuminates a path to higher awareness. THE PLANTS The natural world is alive with wonder and wisdom. Every sentient entity has inherent abilities and plants are amongst this world’s most capable teachers. THE MUSIC Everything can be perceived as vibration and music, as the orchestration of vibration, has the ability to transform us on every level. - - - - - YOUR GUIDES Shanta is a yoga teacher, NLP practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Intuitive Holistic Healer and Spiritual Counsellor dedicated to assisting blissful self-realisation. DJ Pixi Pete will be bringing his fun and sensitive style, holding the space and inviting you to fully immerse yourself in the deepest essence of each shot as we journey through each Chakra. Real Remedies work with the plants, intuitively combing blends that inspire us to awaken to our truth and become more intimately aware of the subtle, powerful connection we share with nature. - - - - - FORMAT Doors open at 6.30pm. Come early to get settled, have some organic, vegan soup, something to drink and socialise. Quite a few people came on their own last time, so keep your eyes and hearts open to join together on arrival. The Chakra Set will commence at 7.45pm so please make sure you arrive before then. Earlier the better! Each Chakra will be introduced and explained while you grab your shots, then you’ll be left to explore each Chakra, with the assistance of the plants and the music. DJ Benjy K will be playing us in for the first hour 7-8pm, then again 10-11pm. - - - - - DETAIL This is a drug and alcohol free event. No previous knowledge of the Chakras is required, just an inquisitiveness to take the journey. At the event: - Dance space designed for free, unbridled movement and maximum acoustic brilliance - Super tuned-in DJs - Botanical cocktails and Ceremonial Cacao at the Bar (organic ingredients & biodegradable cups/straws/etc x) - Chill out area The space will be held by a core group of experienced, heart-centred facilitators. Everyone is welcome.
