A cornucopia of dancing delights, featuring a DJ playing vintage dance music, glamorous costumes, glorious dance displays, and our trademark Instant Dance Classes in a number of popular rhythms. Everyone is welcome, absolute beginners and experienced dancers alike. No partners needed! Sunday 5th May sees a Caribbean and Latin Dance extravaganza as we invite you to dress in your most colourful clothes and come to The Coconut Club. Expect a tropical cocktail of vintage Latin favourites, from sizzling Sambas and sexy Salsas to melodic Mambos and merry Merengues. The event will also feature a general mix of Ballroom, Latin and Swing dance rhythms. Feel free to dress to impress – we certainly will! – or just come as you are. Everyone is welcome, no partners needed – the Ragroof Tea Dance gender-free approach to partner dancing encourages everyone to take part, absolute beginners and more experienced dancers alike. Tea and cakes served – but the bar will also be open for anyone who fancies a crafty tipple.
