Come and party with London’s Cuban community and their friends, try your hand (or feet) at salsa or enjoy live music from the city’s best Cuban musicians (and others that have flown in to play). Every week a different group of musicians get together on stage, keeping the music authentic yet with spice and variety. You can also enjoy the latin beats by our resident DJ, before and after the live band. 7pm to 8pm: Salsa Lesson with amazing Havana Londres, a Cuban Dance School in London set up by Nikola Medic and Danielle Satsias. RUEDA DE CASINO - Beginners Come and learn rueda the way do it… It’s fast, it’s fun, expect the unexpected… & it will get you in the mood to party! Just £5 for the class! Get ready for some crazy rueda, lots of laughter, fun and insane energy! 8pm: DJ Javier La Rosa, "La Maquina De Cuba", will be dishing out the hottest Cuban & Latin tunes. 9.30pm to 10.15pm 11pm to 11.45pm Tony Danger & Salsa Royal are the most exciting band to hit the UK in decades: a band of highly experienced Cuban musicians who play Salsa, Timba, Latin Jazz, Son, Bachata, Bolero, Salsaton, Cumbia and Cha Cha Cha. If you like hot, authentic, original Cuban music, then this is the band that you simply must see. - The suave, experienced lead singer from Santiago de Cuba, who has sung at the Tropicana in Cuba and worked with many Cuban bands including Sur Caribe, as well as appearing in London clubs like Ronnie Scott’s, is the well-known Tony Danger, with Daniel Carnago Tablada on Tres, Kico Cowan on saxophone and flute, @Ernesto Cutino on bass, Felix Gonzalez on percussion and Randy Lester on congas.
