It invites you to a poetic evening, to breathe, to get inspired and dance—whether with others or alone. On a clean floor where you can dance barefoot, with clean shoes, or do floor dance. We teach you a variety of dance techniques to help you explore your own way of movement improvisation. The atmosphere is welcoming to all skill levels, from experienced dancers to complete beginners. (Even if you don’t enjoy dancing, you’ll have fun watching the dancers and feel welcome too.) 💙 Alexandre Barthelemy 💙 is community builder from France/Argentina who has been shaping the underground barefoot alternative social dance scenes of Buenos Aires and Berlin.** He mostly starts his events by teaching Tango and Contact Improvisation, but they often have been incorporating Brazilian Zouk, fusion dance, solo dance, all accompanied by eclectic music that often includes classical pieces. The workshops and events she facilitates in Europe and the US attract a huge crowd. She is known for her warm, encouraging teaching style, emphasizing artistry and personal expression, and her ability to break down movements into specific details.
