Deakocan & Cubashe presents The Deakocan Rueda de Casino Madness Bootcamp with Osbanis Tejeda & Anneta Kepka and Rueda Beach Party with live percussion 16 & 17/07/2011 This time we asked Cubashe to join us in the next Deakocan Bootcamp and to celebrate with us Anneta`s birthday. We chose this great location, next to the beach to bring the summer feeling to our dance and bring Cuba to Brighton, Yemaya will be with us all weekend and will protect us from the Deakocan fire :) Aguaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! So mark this weekend down in your diaries, and we`ll see you there! The bootcamp offers you the opportunity to take part in fresh & exciting classes. It gives you a chance to develop and broaden your dance skills through a wide range of exercises with a focus on improving: body movement, styling, isolations, free style and musicality. The content of the bootcamp will be a perfect way to learn how to dance Rueda de Casino with a Cuban Manana & how to add the Deakocan style to your dance. We will cover on different variations of Rueda de Casino , Rueda inside and outside the circle as well as Rueda contra-tiempo (contra time, on 2). Afrocuban movement & rumba applied to Rueda, and a chance to learn new funky moves as well as bush on the classic ones. So it`s a place to be :) on top of that we will be also celebrating Anneta`s bday. 16 July 2011- 4h session. Men & Ladies styling, Casino style basics, body movement exercises, leading & following in Rueda de Casino. Rueda variations- Rueda on the inside/ outside.
