July 19-22 Join us as we come together and explore our relationship to the Divine Feminine, Divine Masculine and together in Divine Balance. Divine Balance both within ourselves and within a relationship. Imagine summer in the cool Wasatch mountains away from the pressure and hubbub of city life. We will enjoy camping, warm sun, cool breezes, hot springs, and beautiful scenery. Surrounded by nature and in touch with Mother Earth as we spent time exploring Divine Balance with other conscious individuals on this journey of deep self discovery. Empowered souls coming together with a desire to change the world and bring balance to themselves and their relationships. Besides a women's and men's circle that meet together in Divine Balance we will also enjoy a Capoeira workshop, Acro Yoga, Soundbath, explore the beauty and connection of contact dancing, take part in a self healing Sacred Breath ceremony, go deep together with a projection and shadow workshop, a communication workshop and a dance party to top it off! With this wholeness we begin to heal the relationship between men and women, physically, socially, mental, emotionally and spiritually. As participants in this amazing retreat you are going to learn about the dynamic within you between the masculine and the feminine. You will learn when and how to use these energies to support yourself more fully. You will be able to understand the freedom and power of life by having access and understanding of when to use your masculine and feminine power. Also, learn what it means to surrender and receive healthy support and nurturing. You will learn to express your specific needs and desires in a healthy way through direct communication and you will learn to not take on another's challenges and emotions as your own. In a relationship you will learn to more fully engage in communication and listen to your partner with intent. You will learn about holding sacred space. You will enjoy deeper levels of intimacy through breathing, movement, and touch. You will learn how to set and maintain compassionate and healthy boundaries.
