The facilitators share an educational section after the meditation to guide us on how to use five hand signs — Earth (repeat), Water (follow), Air (flow), Fire (solo), and Space (be silent and observe) — so all participants can compose and co-create in real time. Each round has an Avatar who guides the jam, while everyone else supports and responds to their vision. Everyone can become an Avatar.
