About this Event

☮Join the global dance and wellness movement for social change! The Embodied Revolution is Here! 🌳Using a healing arts circle as a catalyst for collaborative creativity--we will slow down, listen to the trees, connect to the elements through our bodies in the majestic park of Viveros de Coyoacán to create a choreopoem and ritual offering based on the exploration of the theme: ✨✨✨How do we stay well while shifting normalcy?✨✨✨ 🌞Ignite joy, connection and personal power as we dream a New World into being using movement, performance art and embodiment tools to fill your well, allow body release and create group solidarity. 🧘🏾‍♀️This is a movement and healing workshop for bad a$$ artists, movers, dancers, leaders, activists, and healers to build community, spark life creativity and restore personal wellness using tools of embodied healing justice led by Axé of SOL VIDA™. ⛲Through this experimental healing instillation, we invite you to be in right relationship with self, each other and the planet. In this interactive experience, we will blend the modalities of guerilla theatre, healing arts, improvisation, with elemental movement inspirations from Symbology of the Orixas, Hip Hop, and 5 Rhythms resulting in a collective choreopoem as an offering to wake up the New World, reclaim wellness, and incite collective liberation for all beings.
