A channel of energy running down along the body’s central axis that when penetrated by the light of awareness, becomes an irrefutable refuge. This sacred source of our creativity connects us to self and others, is both named and nameless and is experienced through deep listening, breath, and surrender. Supported by breathtaking views from the yoga deck, nourishing whole and superfoods, the warm waves of the pacific ocean, and onsite massage, revitalize and move forward into 2017 with a totally fresh perspective. AMBER RYAN is a transformative movement facilitator who delivers us into the heart & soul of our own beat. With roots in theatre, dance, and the healing art of 5Rhythms®, she skillfully holds space for the spectrum of the human spirit to be experienced and expressed. Her leadership invites uniqueness in community and her guidance leads us on the path to greater freedom. Amber has guided ecstatic spaces at Burning Man, Envision Festival, Wanderlust, Bonnaroo Music Festival, and a zillion 5Rhythms® dance floors across the globe. She is on Omega Institute’s annual staff in Costa Rica, and is founder of Kids in Motion Nosara and The Sacred Arts Space, which creates events that elevate the human spirit. Amber leads workshops and retreats around the globe and calls Nosara, Costa Rica home. KEVIN COURTNEY has dedicated the last 20 years to the pursuit of awakening consciousness by focusing on strength, energy cultivation, and mental clarity. Co Founder of The Bridge Practice which fuses Yoga, Qi Gong, Vedanta and Taoism, Kevin opens hearts and minds with a down to earth style full of authenticity, kindness, and light-heartedness. He teaches annually at the Bonnaroo Musical Festival, is an acclaimed teacher trainer, contributor to the Wanderlust and Boston Yoga School 200/500hr programs, and is a meditation and wellness consultant for high level executives. He currently leads workshops, special events and retreats around the world. He also created Nada Sadhana, a music project whose debut release became one of the most listened to albums in yoga studios across the country.
